- Confirm the scope, price range, timing, materials, and payment method before work starts.
- Ask for relevant experience, references, photos, or credentials when the job requires them.
- Do not share sensitive personal or financial information unless it is necessary for the job.
- If a project is urgent or risky, prioritize safety over speed.
For providers
- Represent your skills, coverage, availability, and prices honestly.
- Respect the customer's home, time, privacy, and agreed scope.
- Tell customers when a job requires a specialist, permit, helper, or different tool.
- Keep communication professional even when a job is not the right fit.
Reviews and reports
Reviews should describe real experiences and avoid harassment, threats, private data, or irrelevant accusations. YaMismo may remove content or restrict accounts that undermine trust or safety.
Verification
Verification will improve over time. A profile, listing, or ranking on YaMismo does not guarantee licensing, insurance, background checks, price, availability, or work quality unless the page specifically says so.
