Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of YaMismo, a US-operated directory and marketplace for discovering local service providers. By using YaMismo, you agree to these terms.

You may use YaMismo to browse service categories, compare directory information, create requests, create an account, and contact or be contacted about home and local-service work. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site lawfully.
2. Our role
YaMismo helps people discover and connect with independent professionals and service businesses. YaMismo is not the employer, contractor, agent, partner, insurer, or guarantor of any listed provider or customer unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.
3. Customers and providers
Customers are responsible for deciding whom to contact or hire and for confirming scope, price, timing, access, permits, materials, safety needs, and payment terms. Providers are responsible for their licensing, experience, work quality, pricing, taxes, tools, insurance, and communications.
4. Listings, rankings, and content
Pages may include submitted profiles, public-source business information, sample content, reviews, rankings, and category pages. We may edit, remove, label, or reorder content to improve accuracy, safety, usefulness, or compliance. Rankings and listings are informational and are not endorsements.
5. Payments and disputes
Unless YaMismo explicitly processes a payment in the future, payment terms are arranged directly between the customer and provider. Disputes about work quality, timing, materials, access, property conditions, or payment are between the customer and provider.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not use YaMismo to post false information, scrape or misuse the service, harass others, violate laws, interfere with the site, impersonate someone else, or collect personal information without authorization.
7. No professional advice
YaMismo may provide directory information, category pages, and marketplace tools, but we do not provide legal, construction, engineering, accounting, tax, safety, or professional advice. You should use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals when needed.
8. Disclaimers and limits
YaMismo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep the site useful, but we do not guarantee that every listing, rating, availability signal, phone number, quote, or review is complete, current, accurate, or suitable for a particular job.
9. US-operated service
YaMismo is operated by a US company. The service may include directory information for Colombia and, over time, other countries. Your use of the service may also be subject to laws that apply where you live or where a service is performed.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. Continued use of YaMismo after an update means you accept the updated terms.
